Very annoyed

Honestly, I don't know when I ll ever be satisfied with cell c. I requested my contracts to ne combined on the 2/8 . Tamia called and confirmed this would happen. Received 2 sms regarding two l separate amounts? Why as my accounts was suppose to be combined. I called now spoke to Hlengiwe, she first advised me my accounts are linked , when asking her what the total amount is outstanding she then proceeded to ask me if I know the contract that is not linked. So I am abit confused ..is my contracts combined or not.

I also requested that my number be the main number for queries and communications. But still all my children are receiving sms of outstanding amounts ....
