10 YEARS I'VE BEEN WITH CELLC AND TODAY I WOKE UP AND THOUGHT MY SIM WAS DAMAGED BECAUSE MY PHONE WAS SAYING NO SIM CARD INSERTED! WHEN I PHONED THE CALL CENTER I WAS TOLD THAT MY PREPAID NUMBER HAS BEEN TERMINATED BECAUSE IT WAS NO LONGER BEEN USED. EVEN WHEN I WAS USING IT DAILY FOR BANKING, RECEIVING CALLS, JOB APPLICATIONS , AND MAKING TRANSACTIONS!! RIGHT NOW IM SO VERY STRESSED IM LOOSING EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF SUCH UNFAIR AND UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT. As a loyal customer for more than 10 years this treatment is so unfair. If it was possible i would just move to another network but that is impossible I can't. Where else can i report such ?

I phoned Cellc call center and the consultant was so unprofessional and told me to find myself a Cellc store and buy a new sim card and get a new number!! 😡😡😡😡😡

They phoned me and told me that my sim card its been activated again, with excitement and hopes i believed them, now I've
been rebooting inserting the sim into different cellphones. But the sim its still invalid it says "no sim card inserted"
When I PHONED their call center they told me i must do a sim Swap of which they know that last week i failed one of their questions, and they are refusing to accept when i send them the affidavit and my personal details to prove that i own the number. But yesterday they requested the same affidavit and i dd send . But now they are refusing to take my documents in order to process the sim swap they say i should go to cellc store of which here at my nearby town has been closed down, they are forcing me to travel 210 kilometers to polokwane 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

My whole life and business is upside down because of that i can't use my prepaid number! Clients can't get hold of me and i also can't receive orders because of someone from cellc who just decided to block my number for no reason, then after that you told me that im not inserting the sim card correctly, the next day you say my sim is damaged!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Since on the TWENTY NINE OF SEPTEMBER LAST MONTH!! EVEN TODAY I HAVEN'T BEEN ASSISTED! I REGRET THE DECISION I TOOK 9 YEARS AGO WHEN I PORTED MY NUMBER TO CELLC
