VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER

I had a Fibre account with Cell C and Frogfoot. Covid happened and I lost my job like so many people in South Africa. I got handed over to SSDA because in SA we don't care. It took me 2 years but I paid the account up in full. I have been begging for almost 4 months now to get my name cleared from the credit bureau. Every time I get told it takes 21 working days we are more than 60 working days of waiting and begging and the same message over and over and still nothing. I will post an article about CELL C on this site every day until someone in the Company sorts out my Credit Records and I get my name cleared because YOU CELL C don't give a dam about people and how you ruin their future. YOU GOT YOUR MONEY NO DO YOUR JOB AND CLEAR MY NAME!!!!
