Very Angry

I have paid my account up to date, please can Cell C STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT! I did email them my proof of payment, but still getting debited.

Also I need a refund for the 3 months I did not have my router!

Yes but I am still being debited. Had to cancel a debit order today.

Also I want to know if I have received credit for the time I didn't have my router. I only got the router 3 months after upgrading to my laptop!

Please a.s.a.p it cost a lot when a debit order don't go through in bank charges and you guys penalize me every time.

I paid like asked and then were penalised for you guys still debiting my account!

This is absolutely unacceptable!

I am beyond furious at this point. Been asking for someone to contact me, as you guys handed me over and my account is paid up. I am still being contacted by LA Artoneys!!!!!

Took 3 months to get my router to me and I didn't even get a discount for those months!

I also were debited on NON AUTERISED debit dates in which cell c has charged me interest.

I WANT THIS SORTED OUT AND I WANT THIS SORTED OUT TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some of the credit should have gone to THE CORRECT ACCOUNT. Now you guys have handed me over for credit that YOU HAVE PUT TO THE WRONG ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The laptop is NOT on the account you credit. Please can you put some of the credit to my LAPTOPS account, because this has resulted in me being handed over.
