Very angry and frustrated customer

Cell C has given us more stress in the last 2 months. We haven't received been assisted regarding our complaint. Everyone seem to be running away from their responsibilities. We have been complaining via FB but no one seems to care. My husband took contract phone with a consultant by the name of Princess Meek. The lady assured my husband that she will courier the phone however if he does not like it she will get people to collect the phone back. My husband asked for the pic of this phone as he didn't know how it looked like. The lady never sent the pic but sent the actual phone. We have been phoning every day so that the above can be resolved but we are not winning. We want to take this further as it is not fair to customers.
