verry bad customer service

<p>Hi, I layed complain about cellc R99, 20gig wifi deal about a month ago, cellc cistomer care contacted me promiced me I was gona be notifyed when dey got stock at cellc ladysmith, seeing da days went by I went to cellc to enquire, da manager der, shaun just told me straight I wasnt gona get dat deal, he said if I stl want it ill have to psy R199 a month, plz help.</p>
