Ver poor service and no one can give a damn at CELL C
Hi Cell C,
When will I be receiving the credit notes for your ***** ups?
Weeks of struggle to finally get an answer only for Cell C to ***** up again.
I want a credit for the full amount in lieu of time spent on this.
TODAY STILL CELL C!!! TODAY!!!!!

That was your response on 7 August as well and still no feedback?
It seems like the only way to get a response from Cell C is to contact you over this platform.
I want an answer now, not follow up, not revert back, NOW. 2 months for Cell C to still not have the things in order and 2 months of me wasting precious time and energy.

My cancellation went in on the 18th of June, so in actual fact 2 months.
I want my account cleared immediately!
