I recently had the Unfortunate task of replacing a ****** phone, however with the assistance of Vaughn, at the Cell C store in Canal Walk Mall, Cape Town, assuring that all the documents and necessary details were undertaken and required boxes ticked, the experience could not have been more smooth and assuring.
