VAAL MALL CELL C STAFF have bad attitudes

my Sony aqua's screen locked I could not remember the password, this morning when I went to Vaal Mall Cell c the lady said no I have to wait 6 weeks and I will loose all my data so I asked het if she could perhaps assist me by showing me how to backup my files on my phone so she answered no the cell c shop's pc's are just for sales not backups. IM a REP I use my cell phone every day every hour this is my income and cell c just laugh this off how don't you have a aftersales assistants at your shop??? Vodacom assist their customers!!!!!! I'm highly ****ed off! CELL C don't have NETWORK and THE VAAL MALL CELL C STAFF have bad attitudes by laughing at customers and not suggesting or at least trying to assist a customer with 2 contracts at cell c<br>
