Utterly pathetic service from Cellc

Hi

Worst service ever from CELLC

My phone was ****** last week, I have been to the store who have then referred me to call customer care. Since Friday I have called and was push to different departments. I have spoken to agents and Teamleaders but still they are clueless as to how to block my phone

It's almost a week and my phone still hasn't been blocked Can someone please assist.
