UTTERLY DISGUSTED SOON TO BE EX CLIENT

The service from Cell C is utterly disgusting. I have been trying to get their assistance for more than two weeks. I am transferred from one department to the other. I am met with excuses and apologies and understandings of my frustrations _ all in vain as they do absolutely nothing to assist. I have been wrongfully blacklisted which is affecting my ability to grow. You think they care? Nope they just understand and apologise. To date I have not been assisted. Ask for managers team leaders legal department and not one department answers or assists. Utterly disgusted that this is the service provided. When it comes to debit orders and payments every department works but when it comes to assisting not one person or department is available. It is shocking and pathetic.
