Utterly disgusted by bad customer care

<p>Decided to get a data deal with a router as advertised in store. Done all the paperwork, got approved just for the sales person to make excuses to me about the stock of the router, after a weak of excuses the deal got cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phones Cell c direct and done the deal with them. They promised me 3 to 5 working days the good will be delivered, after 5 days they called again and said they just want to confirm the delivery. And again said 3 to 5 working days. After 5 days has passed already</p> <p> </p> <p>We are standing on more that 14 days, and NOTHING!!! tried to call Cell Direct, after 15min hang up the phone...</p> <p> </p> <p>Useless company, BAD BAD SERVICE and VERY BAD customer care.</p>
