Utterly disgusted at the lies spoken

i upgraded my cell contract at the cell c festival mall branch. On upgrading I asked about insurance on the phone I was notified by the sales attendant that because it is the same contract the new phone will automatically insured. a few days ago i was ****** and the phone ******. i called the insurance comp and they say the phone isn't insured. On contacting the branch they say they don't give any information on insurance and that they cannot help me. I must email customer service... so it it lies that they say just to get a sale done. The manager of the store is also very unhelpful and never contact back as she says she will. Currently i do not have a phone and that number i used for work... I'm purely disgusted that a store like cell c can be this pathetic in lies and managers covering for their employees lies.
