Utterly Disgusted

To Whom it may concern,<br> I am utterly disgusted by the lack of service I have received in the last month. I am not a person to complain but this got my blood boiling. I open my 5th contract with cell c vangate last month and there staff there is wonderful as I been with you guys for years. I took a sony aqua m2 and within 3 days the phone started freezing. I phone Vangate and they advised that I should upgrade my software which I did. The phone worked perfectly for a week and then again start freezing. I phoned again and they advised I should send it for repairs as it is now outside the 7 days obf. I felt cheated but I agreed to this. The night before I too the phone I accidently dropped my phone in the water but too it out quickly to dry it off(remember this is a waterproof phone that you can use to take underwater photos.) and then noticed that my loud speaker not working anymore as it totally soft and cant here it ring. Any way I booked the phone in and got a call yesterday that I can come and collect after more then 21 days now already. Get to the store and the phone is still not fixed and speaker not working. I refuse to wait again and I want a new phone as I am a loyal cust.
