Utterly DISAPPOINTED: Cell C

<p>Cell C are DISHONEST when they call clients to give them binding contracts where they ommitted critical info which could have a bearing on whether to take on the contract or not.They told me that for around R206 i get 20 gigs and i will will only be charged additional rates if i go beyond the 20gigs given to me monthly. They ommitted to tell me that out of the 20gigs, 5gigs is day time and 15gigs is night time data. They called me about this and i asked that they pull out the call and prove me wrong. </p> <p> </p> <p>They did pull out the call and did infact confirm that i was not told about this. I then requested that my fees be rebilled as they were not honest about my contract they gave me and it made me use the data knowing that i had 20gig anytime per month.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to team leader who confirmed and said he referred matter to his financial department. I never received feedback regarding this.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a few months i was phoned by some lawyers who advised matter has been referred to them to collect the outstanding balance. I explained the same story and they advised they would get back to. Today get a phone call that they are going ahead to file to garnish my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this unacceptable as i have severally and religiously phoned CEL C in an attempt to resolve matter and they have also repeated called me where i had to repeatedly repeat myself to all consultants who called me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Below are a few reference numbers that i still have: 19 and 25May 2016 ref ********** 7 ( Nomathembo Khubeka and Boitomelo Seleku respectively ) ; 16 May 2016 ref ********** 729 ( kwanele and Kitesh )</p> <p> </p> <p>Ref: ********** 753 and ********** 603 where i spoke to Ashley</p> <p> </p> <p>Up until today they havent resolved matter as this contract nul and void as they ommitted critical information of the contract itself.</p>
