UTTERLY ANNOYED,NEVER AGAIN
What a joke the Cell c's call centre is ,so you tell me I need to go to the store to do a sim swap?!!!!!!! In this day and AGE???!! You are happy to bill me every month but I NEED TO DO THIS RUN AROUND JUST FOR A SIM SWAP,TO SAY IM ANNOYED IS PUTTING IT MIDLY. Cancelling my subsription and never again,what an inconvenience. To top it all off, the supervisor "KARABO" hung up on me when i requested she put me through the cancellation department
