utter usless service
how long more must i wait for you to do something about my internet. i am now three weeks with out internet. all i'm getting from you is we will get some one to phone you back and nothing is happening. i want a full refund for every gig that i could not use because of your useless service from the day i started with this contract, and the cancellation of this contract now. stop sending me reference numbers and do something.

On the 14th of this month, we got someone to contact you and you spoke to Billal. He advised that he spoke to you and you were going to call him the next day and he was going to take you through the device setup.
We'll get someone to assist further.

24 May 2018, 07:32I did phone him on the 17th and send him screen shots and he couldn't get it sorted and said he was going to get someone to phone me till today I'm still waiting, i also have the voice recording of the conversation . I want it canceled, i am tired of listening to your stories.
