That time of the contract where you get emails, sms, phone calls begging you to upgrade your contract cause they to scared to loose you as a customer, so i decided to upgrade and wanted a smaller contract wth less voice calls but more data. I asked for the 40gig contact with the S10 instaed of the modem, but was refused so i then said i would take the Media Play 2gig contract with the 40gig data for R299.00 a month to be added, can you b elieve that it cannot be done, you have to sign 2 different contracts and have 2 different numbers to take it which means i must carry a seperate modem with me and when the 2gig data runs out i must use that modem to connect!!!! So now exsisting clients can suck it if they want to add onto their contracts AND now 2 devices must be carried, charged and looked after, REALLY!!!!!! SO CELL C that is why I have ported my biggest contract with you over to Vodacom as of Tuesday and will be down grading the rest as i see fit and portingh them across to Vodacom as soon as they expire at Cell C
