Utter poor service

After handing my phone in for repairs,I follow up with a call a month later. I was told that my phone has been sent to Sony. A week later,I am told my phone is ready for collection. When I get to the store,I am told my phone is not there. Then I am told my phone has been blacklisted. After being told that I now need to fill in forms to retract the blacklisting I can get my phone back. I filled in the forms which I feel cell c should have done due to the fact that they wrongly blacklisted my phone. 5 times cell c has changed their story as to where my phone is. The manager of the store does not call me back and now apparently I have to wait another month for my phone to be repaired after I have been told 3 times that my phone has already been repaired. This is unacceptable and the worst service and lies ever.
