UTTER DISRESPECT AND NO DAMN MANNERS.

I must say that the customer service with Cell C is fxxking disgusting, there was no proper service or assistance given, the CSR was disrespectful, had no manners, she was more irritate than I was, she flat out called me a **** and refused to give any proper assistance, one of the worlds most disgusting calls I've experienced. I am very upset as she explained that they had an issue on their end with regards to their services saying that the services was down. Asked the CSR what will happen with the airtime I wasted when purchasing a Whatsapp bundle she kept on telling me that I had not purchased any whatsapp bundle. I asked her as well to speak to someone else and she refused and went on with the call asking me if there was anything else she could assist m,e with forcing to drop the call.

I believe that the CSR that I spoke to should go back to Training as she has no respect or customer service at all. She is actually bring the name of cell c down in a bad way because of her very unprofessional service. SHE HAS UTTER DISRESPECT AND NO DAMN MANNERS.

I would to express my huge disappointment with the CSR services and I am actually contemplating if I should stay on this network.
