Utter disgusting service!!!

Seems like the only way to reach Cell C is via Hellopeter. I am utterly disgusted by their service!! After writing a compliant on hellopeter, I finally received a call from an agent who advised that a network support agent will be in touch with me. I am still waiting for this call for the past 2 weeks. Absolutely no urgency!!! I am really sick of this dumb ass network and I want my contract cancelled! I will not be liable for the remaining months on the contract and for wasting my money, I would like a refund for the months I had no reception!!
