Utter disgust

<p>Irrespective of the fact that call volumes are high a paying member should not have to repeat herself 50 times to each and every agent their being transferred to. It is with disgust that I created this account to express the lack of service I recieved. I cannot be paying for something on a monthly yet not using the benefit. All I ask is you deliver the SIM. Yet I'm told to go purchase a SIM and do a SIM swap! WHY THE HELL MUST I GO PAY AN ADDITIONAL R140 FOR SOMETHING YOUR COMPANY MUST DELIVER IN THE FIRAT PLACE.???????? get your consultants trained on how to do their jobs! They are vastly approaching the level of government consultants and it's a disgrace.... </p>
