Utter Disappointment and Frustration over a simple new lkne application
No amount of words can describe the level of disappointment and frustration im at this very moment, cell c customer service center is sloppy to say the least, i app**** for a new line almost a month ago and todate im being taken from cape to cairo, different stories all the time.. Wow what a failure

21 Sept 2021, 09:27I hope so, i have been told more than 5 different stories regarding the application and its frustrating, yes i was told therr is no stock but eventually i was informed there is stock and i will be informed by sms once dispatched, when i called again i was told i will get it by last week Friday of which i didn't get obviously, when i called again yesterday told the phones are finished and my order was canceled and app**** again... Now you tell me if you wont be angry and frustrated
