Utter Bad Service From Cell c

I am so irritated with Cell C its a joke. I have done an upgrade on the 2nd of October. First they keep getting the delivery addresses wrong. Then they return the phone then we have to redo the upgrade again.

After that finally they got it right and the phone was delivered. Then the phone overheated. It took them weeks to collect it. Then weeks to acknowledge that they received it by the technical department even though I already got feedback that it was faulty.

After another upgrade was done on the 9th of December (note 2 months later) they said they didnt have stock. So no problem I will wait. Then message on the 15th of December informing us that there is still no stock.

Then I follow up again on the 5th of January to again be told that the phone was out for delivery on the 28th. They claimed they called but we didnt answer. Thats utter bull****. We never received one call or message or anything. Now again the phone was returned and we have to do the upgrade again for the 4th time.

What the hell is going on at Cell C. You can never get straight answers and not one damn manager available to help. No one calls back.

What must we do to just get it sorted. This is nonsense. They are quick to take your money every month but cant get one stupid upgrade done. We are now in our 4th month and still no closer to getting this resolved. I just cant anymore.

Is there anyone at Cell c that has the ***** to sort out our problems?????????????????
