Usual airtime rip-off and trouble sending messages

<p>I had airtime including bonus airtime that was valid till sunday. So with R8 something left of my own airtime and R18 something bonus airtime, i decided to call my mother (Saturday) on her cell c number and lo and behold, my regular airtime was taken and was left with 30c airtime and R16 something bonus airtime. Honestly I feel like this bonus airtime thing is a **** where you think that we wont look at our balances, we will just recharge again. As if that **** was not enough, the cell c network has been **** for over a month now. When i try to send messages, i am lucky if it goes through on the first or second try although i have enough airtime for that. You service and now network has become so ****py. I am just fed up with Cell C! Please just credit my account with my airtime and do away with your bonus airtime ****.</p>
