Using minor to sell product

I'm Noma Ramokoka. On the 05/01/2015 a consultant from Cell C promoting at Naledi Mall in Vosloorus convinced my 11years old daughter (minor)to port her number from MTN to Cell C. He said she would be able to watch Trace channel from her phone. I have a problem with a promoter luring children to increase the network's client base. Please address this matter urgently, as a parent, I had my reasons to choose a particular network for my child. As a company it is inappropriate to push your products using minors.
