Using data bundle instead of whats app bundle

<p>I am really disgusted with Cell C. Over a few occasions, with the latest been last night, I have purchased a Whats App bundle and also a data bundle. I found that my data bundle and air time is been depleted rather than the Whats App bundle been used. As a result I have lost a lot of data and air time in the process. This is really unacceptable. Please look into this matter with urgency. Do a data validation report or whatever. And as recourse kindly refund me!</p>
