USELESS...!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Cell C is the worst company EVER...!!! They debit R507.96pm from my account every month and my contract is only R150.00pm. I had a Get More contract with Cell C and requested cancellation in March 2015 (1year ago), the contract is still active (a refund was promised, BUT was NEVER done)...!!! After numerous e-mails and endless calls this problem is still not resolved. I have no other choice but to go to the Ombudsman... Cell C has the WORST client service EVER....!!! I spoke to Lerato Cindi and she promised me a refund, I e-mail her everyday for feedback and she is just ignoring my e-mails...!!! I feel so helpless contacting Cell C as they NEVER assist....!!!
