Useless, Useless, Useless Cell C!

Cell C debit order did not run on the 25th as arranged. On 4 April 2018 I received a request to make a payment arrangement to avoid suspension. I called customer services WHO COULD NOT ASSIST ME only accounts can but I cannot be transferred to accounts. I was given a ref no ********** 105 on 5 April I received a message saying my line is going to be suspended as I did not make a payment arrangement. I immediately called again and gave my ref no. I could still not be put through to the billing department. I received a call back later but missed the call. I again immediately called and asked to be transferred to the person that called me. They could not transfer me as she was in the billing department. While I was holding they sent a mail asking her to please urgently call me back. I am still waiting for a call AND MY PHONE IS SUSPENDED BECAUSE I DIDN'T MAKE A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT. Can Cell C be ANY more useless and *********** than they already are????? I want to speak to someone in billing and have the arrangement I've been trying to make for 3 DAYS put in place and my line activated I have according to the gazillion sms's I get from cell c 60 days before my line is suspended.
