useless, unsolvable

<p>3 months ago I called in to cell c, requesting them to change my debit order to the last day of the month. it still hasnt been changed. my debits are still bouncing. my bank states cell c debited the account last month, when cell c called me they stated finance claims they havent recieved any payment, Cell C what in the heck is going on? whos going to pay my missed debit fees ? you guys are *********** and need new staff, i cant use my services, nothing, PLEASE SORT THIS OUT FOR GODS SAKE. if my bank statement shows the debit went off, and you guys state you havent recieved it, then which ghost took it? solve this please. </p>
