Useless Telco
I blocked my number & phone on Saturday, 5 days later I am still waiting for my ITC number to submit to insurance. I am now at risk of not getting a replacement device. Tankiso Letuka, Sinalo Mdaka Selina Khati and Karabo Radebe promised to get back to me. If insurance don't declines my claim I am going to take further steps because it will be because of their incompetency together with Cell C Clearwater Mall

02 Jun 2021, 12:38So Cell C asked me to reply on private message only for them for them to ignore me. Now I have received feedback from their agents telling me to restart the entire process and wait 24/48 more hours when I stressed out how important this is and I only have few hours left to get this done.

I have sent my ID copy together with device blacklist request and still I have not heard anything from them on Twitter and Facebook. I don't know what to do or I say but the service I am receiving is disgusting.
