Useless technical department
<p>I am a Me&You mobile user</p> <p> </p> <p>Since Wednesday Cell C did something to my line</p> <p> </p> <p>No Data Connection</p> <p> </p> <p>No Call Line Identification Incoming calls, all calls show as "unknown"</p> <p> </p> <p>Cannot roam to Vodacom</p> <p> </p> <p>No Call Waiting working</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>me&you mobile have been trying you Cell C to reset my line , because it is a Cell C error.</p> <p>I put a MTN card in my cell and everything works. I go to a different area different tower with another me&you monile user they have full access , but I don't. </p> <p> </p> <p>You not taking the Me&you mobile cuatomer service calls . You pathetic useless network . You have cost me business because I am not near wifi all the time , so no wifi I cannot recieve mu emails . As always Cell C thinks they too important to just attend to resetting my line ... </p>

Thank you for your patience, please see below as per cell c query logged. Reply i received. "Kindly advise the client to remove the SIM from the device and put it back again and then boot the phone and try again". All has been reset. I tried contacting you but could not reach you.
