Useless staff , no training , no worries
<p>Called the Lakeside Mall to enquire about the month to month contract CellC apparently have on offer and not one person knew or cared about what i was talking about . No help offered to try and reslove the issue, just shrugging of shoulders pleading ignorane of not being trained??? Really???</p>
We apologise for the manner in which this matter was handled and for the inconvenience caused. This is not the norm or standard of service we want for our customers.
This matter will be addressed with the store manager to have this kind of behaviour rectified.
