Useless Staff

I have a contract with cell c, they were eager to tell me if i can pay the committment amount i can get an early upgrade. After paying the balance, i called to get the upgrade the consultant told me flat out they can't get my credit score i need to contact the credit beaurau to short it out than dropped the call. I just cancelled my contract with them after +- 6 years. No wonder cell c is going down the drain because they dont know how to treat their loyal customers!
