Useless SP
Cell C is useless shame
Been with them over 10yrs - and all i get is pathetic service. Simple enquiries become escalations that are never followed through. I am so angry!!!

29 Sept 2021, 20:47My account has been incorrect for the past 2 months. You call center agents confirmed that my account is up to date and you guys had system issues and then come my debit order date, you debit the exact amount I queried of R1700, resulting in a return debit order which cost me R115.00.. when I call to speak to a supervisor because my account shows arrears yet again and that the amount due is R1600 when it should at least be 877.00.. I was placed on hold, calls are cut and no one calls me back. I am so angry with you guys. Why must your mistakes cost me?.. been trying to sort this out for over 2 months now, and no one has ever called or emailed. Its ridiculous..
