following day i went into CellC website i realised they had a sale for a Huawei y7 which i believe is better than the Huawei y6 i was approved for but same price , so i asked to swop, nothing happened, today i received a parcel from CellC have not opened it cos i know its still the Y6 I said i no longer want,

Social media team tells me they still waiting for the sales dept, wake up guys the sales dept was efficient , they delivered , your part was to be proactive and go to the sales team and ask for my swop before they can deliver , you are costing Cell C unnecessary courier charges because of your lack of urgency
