Useless Service, Useless Refund Process, Useless Social Media Team

Cell C is now proving to be disrespectful. After sending multiple complaints and calling no one wants to tell me why they are not refunding me. I get a call stating the refund has been processed and funds will reflect on account in 7 days its been a month and nothing. I think they should advise if the company is going through liquidation so I stop wanting my money back. They don't even want you to speak to a supervisor/manager to look into this uneccaptable situation they have placed me. It's going for 7 months of me looking to get my money and trying to reachout. But all my attempts are proving to be futile. Can anyone please help me escalate to ombudsman
