useless service provider
After taking 2 days to sort out my sim swap over the phone I get told I must go into a cell c store with my ID. For something so simple it is a joke the extent customers have to go through. Not to mention the agent I delt with had terrible attitude and was not helpful at all. Worst service provider I have ever come across!!!!
