Useless service provider

Cell C is the most *********** service provider in the country. The operators have no knowledge about what they are doing. Cell C employees and Cell C as a whole do not update their systems causing unnecessary problems. I have had problem with the past few years and instead of their services getting better their services are becoming worse and worse. I demand for Cell C to cancel immediately I am sick and tired of their nonsense. I refuse to wait the remainder of 2 months for my contracted to be cancelled. They are very quick at debating our accounts but never resolve the problems that cause on our lines.
