Useless service from Cell C

Cell C is useless. I made payment on 15/10/2021 and it has taken them almost 4 weeks just to allocate the payment. And it was an immediate payment that was made I am just looking for a Paid up letter of my account and haven't had any success in doing so. If it was any other cellphone provider, it would have shown within 3 working days at most. How insufficient they are, I can not tell you. I have sent numerous e-mails and made numerous calls with no success. I will not refer anyone that I know to this useless provider.
