useless service

I have after numerous calls and emails still had no feedback from cellc regarding my complaint. One of their salesmen **** about a product that was sold to me and after confronting him he just said he is sorry. Cell C keeps sending me emails asking me to rate the way in which they handled the complaint but no one has ever contacted me in regards to the complaint. I went as far as to give them the sales persons number and name, screenshots where he clearly states he doesnt care if i report him but still no one has even called me
