Useless Service!!!!!
Useless Service, I order 2 x Upgraded Handsets on the 23rd of March & was told that it will be delivered before Thursday 27th of March. I phoned to follow up on Wednesday 26th but was told that there was no stock & that they will not be able to deliver my upgrades. I didn't leave it there asked to speak to another person that could help me but to no avail. It Eventually turned out that they did infact have stock but could not deliver.
a Useless bunch of people together.

30 Mar 2020, 13:31It may be too late as I am contemplating to move these contracts to Service Provider that actually want my Bussines as I have already moved 1 Contract but may need to move the remaining 2 as well. Cell C seems to have no Compassion or will to be helpful or to resolve customers' issues. I was shocked to see how many versions of excuses there was trying to get my upgrades last week.
