Useless service

Useless service. I can't unblock my phone that I bought cash just becuse I dont have the stupid box. Am told the IMEI number is on the box. I do have one that is on the phone. Who keeps a box for a year after buying a phone?. Mxm. Will never purchase any of their products. MXM. Your network coverage is poor and I need to use other networks on my dual sim. Why the hell do u even sell dual sim only to make it difficult to unblock after a year.
