Useless service. AGAIN

I have had multiple TERRIBLE experiences. And despite all of my better reasoning and frustration at the poor service, When the time came to upgrade my contract, I stayed with Cell C hoping they would prove me wrong.

Once again. Shocking service. And I know that the only way I EVER get a response out of them is to complain here.

I was overcharged and debuted twice despite being given different information by the salesman in store. After the second debut order went off I called in and complained and was told I would be contacted shortly. Multiple times my husband has been contacted instead of me. He keeps giving the people who call him my number and explaining that they must phone me because the contracts are in my name and I’m the one who complained. And still. NOTHING. I am ridiculously frustrated and so so so wish I could go back 2 weeks and choose to cancel instead of extend my contracts.
