Useless Service !!!!!

<p>My contract comes to an end at the end of this month.</p> <p>4 months ago I called the call centre, 1stly to confirm when my contract comes to an end and secondly to record my interest to cancel. I was assured that this will take place.</p> <p> </p> <p>Called Cell C today to see if all is on track with cancellation and the consultant at Retention and Cancellation (Her name was Lucia) mentioned that nothing was actioned on the system, she then continued to say she will assist with the cancellation but my last debit will go off in April because of the 30 day notice period.</p> <p> </p> <p>My argument is why the heck did I call 4 months ago to cancel to be told this.</p> <p>Everytime I tried to get my message across to Lucia she kept telling me sorry but she will cancel but alst installement will be effective end of April.</p> <p> </p> <p>That does not help me, sorry does not help. In my eyes, I have followed the correct process but I still get "penalised". How pathetic is this????</p> <p> </p> <p>Glad I am cancelling actually,</p> <p> </p> <p>I want a senior to call me and explain how you service a customer and anger them by not complying with their requests.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am certainly not happy with this and will never in my life get a Cell C contract ever again.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Stan Chetty ( ********** 978)</p>
