Useless Service

Its been Three weeks since i did my upgrade and to date i have not received my phone I still have not heard from anyone regarding my upgrade. Please have a consultant contact me so that I can cancel the request. I will wait till my current contract with Cell C expires and then make the move to a Service Provider that will value my business. Ref ***
