Useless, ****, unreliable and they are not professional at all.

On the 26th April 2019 i called cell c insurance to place a claim and they told me they will come and fetch the phone since it was couriered to me. On the 6th of may i made a call to follow up and they told me to take it to the nearest store which i did on the 11th of May. They didn't respond with anything until i decided to call them back on the 4th July and they told me to send motivational letter. I kept calling to make a follow up and they didn't assist with anything until i get an sms saying i should come and collect my phone and when i get there it wasn't fixed. They Eric guy told me to leave it they will place a claim again which it was in the 21st of September but during October i got the email saying unfortunately my phone can't be fixed due to 30days notice and my phone was at the store within that 30 days notice. I decided to cancel they insurance because it was useless for me and i got a confirmation email saying my insurance was called but they keep debiting me. I spend 6 months without my phone but they busy telling me about 30 days notice mxm.
