Useless rude cell c agents

I bought cell c home connecta data yesterday at 11:00 at pep,I tried to load it around 11h30 when I got home it kept saying invalid.around 3pm I called cell c customer care to seek for help the agent was very rude that my voucher was used and they can't provide the number in which the voucher was loaded to,I requested to speak to her supervisor she called me and said I can take it back to the store they will give a new voucher.this morning I went to the store they called cell c and Ayanda the agent became very rude and defensive,I asked her I lost my R89 since they can't provide the number in which my data was loaded to,I bought extra R178 only yesterday and today since I use data to work,my heart is bleeding
