Useless Retention supervisor-Nurse Mokgalaka

For the past two weeks, I have been try to make all the efforts to get back the money that Cellc debited in my account by mistake. The lady by the name of Nurse avoided my calls and emails, however she was the one who processed my cancelation beforehand. I sent countless emails to her she just avoided them. I also needed her to send me a letter of apology so that I can submit to my bank/ ITC to retain my good credit record. Cellc my do something about these kind of people. This not acceptable.
