USELESS!!!!!REGRET Using CELL C/NOT FOR MYSELF

Reference number ***<br> I have been waiting from 31/6/15 for a responded up until today 1/7/15 for them to justify charging me for a 4.2 Gig movie directly out of bundle whilst I had 2.04 Gig balance on my remaining Balance before I started my download which eventually disappeared too.<br> Since I have paid the ridiculous amount charged now they tell me everything is in order of which I would not have known If I did not follow up today.<br> The lady I spoke to this morning was so rude trying to tell me that my S6 updates itself thus the extra charges to 6 Gig plus....nogal.<br> I regret upgrading two months ago, should have waited for contract end date and move to another Provider as it is obvious now as to who is the SLAAP TIGER in this business....NXAA
